Social assistance policy in our country is in the process of transforming from subsistence model to developmental mode.The development mode is characterized by emphasizing the hematopoietic function of social assistance,and focusing on the ability to rescue from the life aid.At present,the living demand of urban low-income families is basically satisfied,but their own ability is insufficient,still cannot shake out the evil cycle of poverty.Lack of family capital and lack of resources make teenagers in low-income families face many risks and difficulties,affecting their physical and mental health and development.The study shows that the self-efficacy of teenagers in low-income families is generally lower than that of other teenagers,which is mainly in the study,interpersonal communication and career planning.To improve teenagers in urban low-income families self-efficacy,can stimulate the potential of them,enhance their self development momentum,build their confidence in the hope of a better life and future,so as to push them to act out of poverty.Based on the asset building intervention practice project of Shanghai G institution,this study discusses the intervention content of social work in the self-efficacy of the teenagers in urban low-income families.This study hypothesized that there were significant differences in learning self-efficacy,interpersonal self-efficacy and professional self-efficacy among the intervention group and the control group.Firstly,the study analyzes the specific activities of social work in the self-efficacy of teenagers in urban low-income families to understand intervention services of social worker.After through SPSS 19.0 research tools and the method of independent sample t test to examined the effect of social work intervention for urban low-income families teenagers learning self-efficacy,interpersonal self-efficacy as well as the results of the career self-efficacy on the horizontal and vertical comparison.According to the vertical comparison in the intervention group and the horizontal comparison of the intervention group and control group,the study found that the teenagers in low-income families career self-efficacy changes value did not reach significance level,learning self-efficacy and interpersonal self-efficacy have reached the significant level.The results show that intervention only in interpersonal self-efficacy has significant embodiment.Aiming at this phenomenon,the author combined with the content of the interviews for five participating teenagers to make in-depth analysis from the Intervention design,the social work intervention,the participation of service objects and the support of social environment.Then,through professional reflection,author suggest that social work intervention requires to build the talents team,to ensure professionalism and continuity and to support the social support network.
