The employee stock ownership system refers to the implementation of the system of internal staff through legal procedures in particular,conditional owned shares system.As a new system arrangement,the system shows more and more superiority in enhancing the enthusiasm of staff and enterprise profit,its connotation has reasonable reference system the important significance for the reform of state-owned enterprises in China.In the first chapter,the connotation and extension of employee shareholding from the definition of a profound analysis of the employee stock ownership definition,characteristics,categories,functions and other aspects;the second chapter explores the history of the ESOP,analysis the origin and causes of ESOP,then comparative analysis of ESOP in the development of overseas.So that our country needs to be a good development of ESOP,then analysis of ESOP in our country's development situation;the third chapter uses the specific example of the way Analysis of ESOP in China's development achievements and the reasons for the profound analysis of employee stock ownership in China in legislation,law enforcement and supervision,there are four aspects of the trial and other issues;the fourth chapter with the third chapter of ESOP,from legislation,law enforcement,judicial supervision,etc.four aspects to put forward corresponding the solution is to make our ESOP system more perfect.
