Study On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Party Organization Construction In Street Community In Hohhot

Grass-roots party organizations are the frontline for the building of the party.They are the basic projects for party building.The foundations are not rocky.The grass-roots party organizations are a mirror of party building.The status quo of grass-roots party organizations directly reflects the party's principles.The implementation of policies directly reflects the people's sense of identity and belonging to the Chinese Communist Party.The degree of innovation of grass-roots party organizations directly reflects the vitality of the party's construction and its fighting power.Based on the visits and investigations,this article provides an in-depth analysis and a comprehensive interpretation of the current situation of the construction of community organizations in Hohhot street communities.It has been found that in the course of ideological construction,street community party organizations have problems such as diminished service awareness,political awareness needs to be improved,and ideals and beliefs need to be strengthened;in the process of organizational construction,there exists the diversity of organizational activities,the innovative ability needs to be improved,and the training of party members is not effective.,the street community mobilized all members to play an active role and the party's construction zone group capacity needs to be improved and other issues;in the construction of the style of work there is the need for truth-seeking and pragmatic capabilities to be improved,the implementation of the mass line is not in place and other issues;institutional innovation capacity for institutional innovation needs to be improved,the system Problems such as the need to deepen the construction and implementation capacity;problems in the construction of a clean government,the single andmultiple forms of clean government construction,and the improvement in the evaluation and supervision mechanism for party members and cadres,and the need to improve their implementation capabilities.Therefore,this paper starts with the problems existing in the five major building of street community party organizations and proposes specific countermeasures.I hope that through this article,we can provide some theoretical guidance and practical reference for the construction of the party organizations in the streets of Hohhot.In the period of complete completion of a well-to-do society and a period of comprehensive and deepening reforms,strengthening the construction of street community party organizations is not only an inherent requirement for grassroots party organization construction,but also an important measure to strengthen the construction of party organizations in Hohhot.
