A Study On Improving The Organizational Power Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations

To improve the quality of Party construction,strengthen the capacity of grass-roots party organizations,and enhance the organizational power of grass-roots party organizations is an important issue in the theoretical research and practice of Party Construction in the new era.The most profound essence and distinctive feature of the Communist Party of China is to be closely connected with and rooted in the masses.As the grass-roots organizations of the party,the rural grass-roots party organizations face the rural masses directly.How to build their organizational capacity and how to organize them are directly related to the development of the countryside and the vital interests of the masses.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is clearly pointed out that the focus of strengthening the construction of grass-roots organizations should be on improving the organizational strength of grass-roots party organizations.Only when the organizational strength of grass-roots party organizations is improved can the construction of grass-roots party organizations be strengthened,and Party organizations can give full play to the role of uniting,leading and serving the masses.It is undoubtedly of great theoretical and practical significance to study the current situation,problems and ways to improve the organizational power of rural grass-roots party organizations.Standing in the new era of China’s development and in a new historical perspective,this paper analyzes and studies how to improve the organizational power of rural grassroots party organizations by using Marxist world outlook,methodology and basic principles.This article mainly includes four parts: the first part,mainly through collecting and sorting out the domestic and foreign related literature of rural grass-roots party organization,summarizes and studies the historical background and research status of rural grass-roots party organization.The second part defines the related concepts of rural grass-roots party organization,lays the theoretical foundation for the following discussion,and expounds the importance of improving rural grass-roots party organization.The third part,through a field survey of a rural area,studies the current situation of the construction of the party organization and the organizational power of the party organization in the form of questionnaires and interviews.According to the results of the survey,analyzes the problems and causes of the organizational power of the rural grass-roots party organizations,which are: the lack of leadership of the Party branch,the poor appeal of the masses,the low quality of the party members,the education and management of the party members Loose work,the development of rural Party members in trouble,corruption and joint and several relations are not allowed.The fourth part analyzes the current situation and problems of the village’s party organization,and puts forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures,mainly focusing on strengthening the ideological attention,strengthening the political function,building a high-quality cadre team,strengthening the ability to contact and serve the masses,improving the quality of the party members,strengthening the education and management of Party members,andstrengthening the anti-corruption supervision.
