Research On The Risk Prevention And Control Management Of The Discipline Inspection And Supervision Departments Of A Electric Power Construction Corporation

At present,the construction of an honest and clean government in the discipline inspection and supervision system is still in a primary stage.The prevention and control of the risk of honest and clean government is an effective attempt to strengthen the construction of an honest and clean government in the discipline inspection and supervision system and promote the anti corruption work in the new situation.The risk prevention and control of honest and clean government run risk prevention theories and quality management methods in all aspects and jobs of discipline inspection and supervision departments,and turn passivity into initiative.This article takes the A power infrastructure group as the specific object,and makes a detailed analysis of the construction of the clean government in the discipline inspection and supervision work.The main research contents include five parts: the first part describes the background,significance and domestic research results,and identifies the main contents and ideas of the paper.The second part gives an overview of the basic concepts and theoretical bases involved in the study of the paper.The third part is based on the current practice of clean government construction in Discipline Inspection and supervision work of A electric power infrastructure group,and identifies its current clean government construction risk,and makes quantitative assessment of risk by AHP method.This paper points out the achievements and shortcomings of the construction of an honest and clean government construction in the field of discipline inspection and supervision.The fourth part,from 4 aspects of PDCA model planning,execution,inspection and processing,puts forward the idea and implementation measures of A Electric Power Infrastructure Group's discipline inspection and supervision work.The fifth part is the conclusion.Through this study we can draw the following conclusions:(1)A electric power construction group the construction of discipline inspection and supervision risk mainly for internal and external risk of abuse the temptation to risk 2 aspects and reporting rights to undertake risk,case qualitative risk,because the economic right amount of discipline and a total of 8 subdivision.(2)AHP risk assessment results show that the risk and the economic factors of the reporting and reporting rights are the main risk factors in the two aspects of A power infrastructure construction,discipline inspection and supervision,clean government and internal and external businesses.(3)at present,A power infrastructure construction discipline inspection and supervision and clean government construction also have the power to sort out the problem of "unclear boundaries,unclear responsibilities",lack of prominent supervision mechanism,imperfect system and insufficient implementation.(4)based on the PDCA model,from the planning stage(P),set up the risk prevention and control management,implementation stage(D)--the establishment of comprehensive prevention and control of the risk management system,the inspection stage(C)to ensure the prevention and control of risk management,no dead stage(A)to ensure that the 4 aspects of the prevention and control of defense management implement construction of A electric power construction group the construction of discipline inspection and supervision work optimization ideas and specific implementation measures,provide a reference basis for the follow-up work of A power infrastructure group.
