Study On The Performance Of Supervisory Duties By Discipline Inspection And Supervision Organs In D County, Hebei Province

At present,the CPC Central Committee pays close attention to the construction of building a clean and honest government and anti-corruption work.Disciplinary Committee Supervision is the first key point of anti-corruption work.It undertakes the important mission of building a clean and honest government and anti-corruption work.With more anti-corruption work coming into people's view,China's anti-corruption work has made great achievements.The anti-corruption work such as investigations and investigations undertaken by the disciplinary inspection and supervision organs has become increasingly burdensome,and some problems have been gradually exposed when performing the duties of supervision and discipline accountability.The purpose of this article is to strengthen the research on the problems and countermeasures of the discipline inspection and supervision organs in performing their supervision duties.Aiming at the shortcomings in the actual work of County D,in contrast,the discipline inspection and supervision organs performs their overall supervision duties,and put forward a number of practical and innovative countermeasures.Then it can improve the Chinese Communist Party's prestige among the people,consolidate the party's work style and improve the effectiveness of anti-corruption work.This article is based on four years of practical work experience in D County,Hebei Province.I sorted out and gathered the first-hand research materials.This article comprehensively summarizes the specific experience and practices expounded by the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Agency of County D,such as,focus on the main responsibilities,pay close attention to the "eight regulations" of the central government,persist in correcting the "four winds",strengthen supervision and discipline accountability,strengthen inspections,anti-corruption publicity and education activities,discipline inspection and supervision cadre team building,and institutional mechanisms Six aspects of innovation.This article uses literature research,questionnaire survey and other research methods to carry out in-depth research.After researching and investigating results,combined with the actual work experience and experience,it was found that there were five problems inthe county's discipline inspection and supervision organs in performing their supervision duties,such as implementation of the "two responsibilities",supervision of party committees and discipline inspection commissions at the same level,working methods,supervisory forces,and institutional mechanisms.Finally,by sorting out the questionnaire results,I make specific reference to the previous research conclusions,Combined with the actual work of D county,innovative countermeasures and Suggestions were put forward to strengthen the internal supervision of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and the supervision of the Party committee at the same level,and jointly communicate with the commission for Discipline inspection at the higher level and the commission for Discipline inspection at the lower level.The purpose of this article is to enrich the research results of the discipline inspection and supervision organs' performance of supervision,improve the supervision effect of the discipline inspection and supervision organs,and promote the implementation of the responsibility system for the construction of party style and clean government at the grass-roots level.
