With the rapid development of China's market economy,the legal services market has become increasingly diversity,how to stand out in the market quickly and became the leader of legal service market,the author believe that collectivization is undoubtedly a good choice.The advantages of collectivization are obvious: firstly,the market can be quickly occupied by large-scale development;second,due to the large number of collectivized law firms,professional division of labor can be achieved;thirdly,it is conducive to the cultivation of talents,provides a stable practice environment for lawyers,especially in the cultivation of young lawyers,and the training of talents can make the firms sound development;fourthly,through the development of collectivization,we have the competitive power in the international legal arena.The states have been positively supported the large-scale development of the law firm since 2008;at present,the process of some of China's large-scale law firm has begun to take shape,collectivization has become a new trend in the development of legal profession.In such a background,Landing Law Firm,at the beginning of its establishment law,is aimed at establishing a collectivized law firm,with 5 to 10 years to achieve the development goals of “strong internationalization,absolute specialization,relative scaled”.This paper mainly discusses the management problems and how to solve and deal with these problems in the development process of collectivization of the law firms:First,governance structure design in the process of collectivization of the law firms,the rationality of the design of the governance structure is related to the overall development and efficiency of the law firm in the future,which belongs to the top level design of the law firm.It is the first thing to consider and solve in the process of collectivization;Second,the specialization orientation of collectivization of the law firms is a problem that must be faced and solved.It is also the core competitiveness different from other competitors;Third,because of the limitation of the lawyers' law,the law firms will face many risks in the process of collectivization.A little carelessness can bring fatal strike to law firms.Risk prevention and control should be controlled from many aspects,such as people,money and things;Fourth,the cultural brand is the soft power of the collectivization of the law firms.How to set up its own characteristic culture and brand in the competitive market is the problem that the managers should think about.Culture and brand need to be created consciously by the managers.The author,taking the development process of Landing Law Firm as a sample,discusses the structure design,professional positioning,risk control,cultural brand and other aspects,which provides a reference for the future planning and construction of collectivized law firms.
