Study On The Relationship Among Social Support, Coping Style And Life Satisfaction Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

The new generation of migrant workers,refers to the group who was born in in 1980 s and more then sixteen years old and then working out in city.The new generation of migrant plays an important role in building a harmonious society.Concerned about the mental health of the new generation of migrant workers is necessary for the social stability.Currently,The less studies research their life satisfaction and discuss their hope,social support.To understand the new generation of migrant workers' life satisfaction and research the relationship between their hope and social support and relationships among the threes.This study select 500 new generation of migrant workers come from different Gender,education.The following conclusions:(1)There were no significant differences of life satisfaction in different sex.Salary is a very important factor.Who reach a higher level of salary,who have significantly higher level of life satisfaction.Beside,education,family atmosphere and rest time are important factors.(2)There were no significant differences of social support in different sex and Salary.At the same time,the social support level of the new generation of migrant workers has significant differences in demographic variables such as education,monthly income,family atmosphere,parents' education level(3)There is no significant difference in the sense of hope for the new generation of migrant workers.The new generation of migrant workers' sense of hope has significant differences in demographic variables such as education,monthly income,family atmosphere and so on.(4)There was a significant correlation between social support and life satisfaction of the new generation of migrant workers.There was a significant positive correlation between family support dimension,friend support and other support dimensions.(5)The new generation of migrant workers' sense of hope and life satisfaction were significantly correlated.(6)The social support of new generation migrant workers is significantly related to the sense of hope.(7)The sense of hope plays an intermediary role in the social support and life satisfaction of the new generation of migrant workers.
