Research On The Governance Measures Of Social Network Services In Macau

SNS under the Internet environment,that is,Social Network Service,has almost covered people's life,learning,entertainment,work and other needs,and has brought tremendous changes and impacts on economic and social development.This paper takes Macao Internet SNS as the research object,starting with the current application status and governance status of SNS in Macao,studies and analyzes the governance problems and causes of Internet SNS in Macao,and gives some countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems.Internet SNS has become a necessary tool for Internet users to use mobile Internet,because of its characteristics of individual,powerful integration,expansion and wide spread of information.Macao Internet application of SNS in the process of development and governance process,has accumulated some experience and experience of governance,governance issues also appear legal construction,system reform and governance means three lagging.According to the "three governance lag",this paper analyzes the causes of the formation of the law,including the Macao localization of law is not completed,the lack of elite talent,legal legislation efficiency is not high;the system including the SAR government attaches importance to improve governance,experience is not enough to be modified in one step;means including the governance idea obsolete,lack of talents,lack of technical means.Finally,this paper puts forward to establish a new system,to establish a system of governance,centralized and efficient governance to take forward the concept of governance and three countermeasures,and the analysis of the countermeasures and suggestions for reference and inspiration for Internet governance surrounding areas SNS.
