Research On Administrative Efficiency Promotion Countermeasures Of Xinglongtai District Government In Panjin

Administrative efficiency as an important basis to judge the state organs and administrative staff at all levels of administrative effectiveness,continue to improve the administrative efficiency of administrative staff is an important direction of development,lack of efficiency management will make the management of the question,but said nothing about the efficiency of administrative management will be of no value.Under the background of rapid development of national economy,administrative efficiency factor has become an important factor restricting the development of national economy,and it is also a management problem urgently to be solved in our country.Taking Panjin District of Xinglongtai as the research object,this paper comprehensively and deeply studies the relevant literature about administrative efficiency in the field of administrative management at home and abroad,government and enterprises,which provides reference for the following research.In addition,this paper defines the key words of administrative efficiency,using literature method,case analysis method,questionnaire method,the status quo of the administrative efficiency in Xinglongtai area are analyzed,and the influence factors to improve the administrative efficiency of Xinglongtai district to conduct research and analysis,summarized the existing administrative efficiency in Xinglongtai area mainly consists of quality management lower personnel,government functions positioning is not clear,not harmonious organizational environment and administrative satisfaction is low,the cause of the problem is that the original administrative efficiency,administrative supervision system obstacle implementation is not in place,the transformation of government functions lag,finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the administrative efficiency of the District of Xinglongtai from three aspects of perfecting the administrative system,the optimization of government the administrative function and strengthen the implementation and supervision of administrative management.Through the in-depth study of the administrative efficiency of Panjin District of Xinglongtai,it can provide useful decision-making basis for the improvement of administrative management efficiency in Xinglongtai District,and provide some reference for the improvement of administrative efficiency in other areas.
