Research On The Puzzles And Countermeasures In The Implementation Of "Smart City Management"

intelligent,scientific and civilized.In its development,it presents more and more complex and prominent problems.Although many treatment schemes have been formed for these problems in practice,most cities only consider technical problems.Taking D City as an example,based on the fact that technology can't give consideration to efficiency and fairness,and can't judge whether it should be done or not,this paper analyzes the problems encountered in the implementation of "smart city management" in China,and puts forward solutions to the problems,in order to make a contribution to the improvement of modern social governance and the comprehensive level of city management.Based on the actual implementation of "smart city management" in D City,this paper fully clarifies the relevant concepts of urban management,and focuses on the characteristics and mode connotation of "smart city management".On this basis,combined with government function theory,good governance theory and new public management theory,through questionnaire survey,in-depth field visit,statistics and quantitative and qualitative analysis,this paper comprehensively summarizes the achievements of the city's actual implementation of "smart city management",especially for the fine management,thesource of construction funds and the freedom of rights,the solution of unbalanced problems and personnel Resettlement and other issues.At the same time,based on the actual implementation of "smart city management",it puts forward the problems of low public participation and low interaction.Objective analysis of the construction of smart city there are all kinds of problems,such as the digital divide,neglect of human development,construction heat and so on.At last,the author concludes that we should broaden the financing channels,make clear the constraint management mechanism,comprehensively promote the role transformation,deepen the urbanization development,promote the post transfer and reemployment,urbanization development,implement the question of government and people,and comprehensively improve the public and degree.The countermeasures and suggestions put forward in this paper
