In this paper,the classroom teaching ecology and classroom teaching strategies under the support of information technology tools as the main content were studied.And"Research on the Classroom Instruction based on PBL under the Supports of Interactive Media" was identified as the research subject.A variety of research methods were adopted in the study,such as literature review,investigation and observation and so on.The first part of this paper is the introduction.The background of education informatizationization was introduced.The research status and the research questions were analyzed.The organization structure of the content and the research methods adopted in the research were summarized.In the second part,the connotation and characters of interactive media was interpreted,compared and integrated with the concept of multimedia.The learning characteristics under the informatizationization environment of interactive media were analyzed.The materialization technology and structure model of classroom teaching under the support of interactive media were introduced.The concept of PBLwas introduced,and the teaching organization under the direction of Problem-Based Learning was repositioned.The conformity of theories of Nonlinear Learning and Nondirective Teaching between interactive media technology and PBL was discussed.The effectiveness of the classroom instruction based on PBL under the supports of interactive media was analyzed.In the third part,the courseInstructional Design of Middle School Biology was set as the case of the study.The instructional design based on PBL under the support of interactive media was studied.The characteristics of each step of instructional design based on PBL under the support of interactive media was discussed and analyzed.In the fourth part,the empirical research on the classroom instruction based on PBL under the supports of interactive media was unfolded.The questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the the applicationof learners who learned based onPBL with interactive media.The inter-active analysis was used to evaluate the interaction between teachers and students under the support of interactive media.The diagram tracking technique was used to compare and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching based on PBL under different media environment.The behavior checklist was used to analyze the classroom behavior characteristics of instructional design based on PBL under the support of interactive media.The interviewing method was used to analyze the establishment of face-to-face&online learning community of instructional design based on PBL under the support of interactive media.The results showed that Problem-Based Learning provided an effective strategy to integrate learning activities with learning resources under the support of interactive media,which could stimulate students' active learning.And the learning effect based on PBL under the support of interactive media was influenced by the teaching styles of the lecturers,the ability to use interactive media,the learning resources and the learning content and other factersIn terms of the learning effect,learning process and the learning feedback from teachers,the summary and reflection of the overall results was showed in the fifth part of this paper,which provided some enlightenment and suggestions for the construction of digital learning resource,the optimization of the classroom structure with interactive media,the improvement of teachers' professional development,and the further functions of technology potential of the interactive media.
