The "Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)" promoted the unity of knowledge and oriented, it insist that the teaching required a combination of productive labor and social practice, and enhanced students' scientific experiments and the ability to practice skills applications is also important. Full use of social education resources to carry out a variety of extra-curricular school activities, strengthen the students' organizations guidance, encourage students to participate in practical activities, is going to improve the practical ability of students. With the development of the process of education information and the deepening of the reform of higher education, educational technology had been development quickly, but in the process of development, there have been some problems, such as the current professional discipline system have to be improved, or the teaching arrangements need to be adjustment, and so on. With the improvement of employment units on educational technology majors requirements, the students' employment pressure has been increased, colleges and universities paid more attention on training students' practical ability.In this study, I mainly used the literature research and survey research, and chose the teaching objective classification theory and the competency model theory as the theoretical basis for research. This study first analyzed the characteristics of a professional educational technology and the structural features of practical ability that divided into three dimensions: consciousness dimension, knowledge dimension, skills dimension according to the literature analysis and professional requirements of the professional practice of educational technology; then did the analyzing and discussing on students' practical ability cultivation problems through questionnaires and interviews with teachers; secondly, proposed appropriate education training policy based on three different dimensions of practical ability. Finally, use a specialized elective courses of educational technology as a platform for policy application effect analysis to verify the feasibility and effect of the culture policy.The study is divided into seven chapters:(1) Introduction. This chapter mainly introduced the research background, significance,status at home and abroad, research methods and research ideas of the training strategy of educational technology undergraduate practical.(2) Analysis of relevant concepts and theoretical basis. Including related concepts and theoretical basis. In the first part, it defined the concept of practical ability and practice of educational technology ability, in the second part, it discussed the theory and teaching target classification competency model theory.(3) The construction of the dimension on practice capability of educational technology. From a review of relevant literature and analyzing a large number of educational technology professional requirements and the studies of inspiration competency model theory, it divided the various dimensions of educational technology practical ability that contained the training policy on awareness, the training policy on knowledge and the training policy on skills and made a simple discussion on the relationship between the dimensions.(4) The investigation of educational technology students practical ability. It did the investigation of current educational technology students practical ability through student questionnaires and interviews with teachers. Then it gathered and analysised the survey results, summed up the problems and looking for the reasons.(5) The training strategy of educational technology students practical ability. On the basis of literature research and investigation, it proposed the specific strategies targeted for the training strategy of educational technology students practical ability.(6) The application effect analysis of the training strategy. It used the training strategy to the course that "Web Design and Development". Through policy enforcement, it analyzed the application strategies, and summarized the effect of the policy application.(7) Study summary and outlook. This section of the work done the systematically summarized, noted the shortcomings and prospects of the study follow-up.The study will do more applications and improvements for the training policy of educational technology undergraduate professional practice in the follow-up work, and hope to contribute some meager forces for the promotion of the training policy of educational technology undergraduate professional practice.
