Establishment Of Information Management System And Network Application Platform Of The Surveying And Mapping Engineering Laboratory

Teaching instrument and equipment of surveying and mapping is the important resources and assurance of surveying and mapping engineering laboratory in the cultivating high-quality and applied talents. Laboratory is an important link in the teaching management that should not be ignored, and it is the origin of scientific research, while different laboratories have different methods of information management. Currently, comparing laboratory information management system with the advanced laboratory equipment is very asymmetrical, which makes inefficient use of the laboratory. In order to make laboratory information resources reasonable use and timely distribution, a highly efficient, safer, more convenient and data sharing of laboratory information management system should be established to improve the level of the laboratory information management.In order to meet the actual demand of the surveying and mapping engineering laboratory information management, this paper using sqlserver2008 database and C# language develops the digital surveying and mapping engineering laboratory information management and network application platform based on the C/S and B/S mixed mode. The management mode combining engineering of surveying and mapping laboratory instruments and equipment with experiment teaching has come true. C/S model is used to the overall laboratory information management, including experimental teaching management, equipment management, laboratory management, personnel management. B/S model is used to establish a network application platform, which makes applications come true, such as, the online course selection, equipment reservations and score entry. Establishment of laboratory information management and network application platform makes the management and application of laboratory to a new level. It plays a positive role in promoting the effect of experiment teaching and the improvement of experimental teaching.This paper describes the function of each module of the management system and their implementation process. The management system effectively improves the efficiency of the staff and reduces the staff labor. It implements the open management and makes full use of the information resources.
