The laboratory construction is one of the most important tasks for higher education reform.In the 21st century,the rapid development of the laboratory management system had a positive impact on the laboratory construction,but there are still many problems in the existing laboratory information management system,The main problem is that lack of information perception and intelligent control of the laboratory environment,the operation status of the experimental equipment,experimental personnel and other aspects,the need for more manual intervention,the system is not high degree of automation,and there are many independent management systems,such as the experimental equipment management system,the experimental teaching management system,security monitoring system,they have common problems that data sharing is not high,the operating efficiency is low,and most of the information management system uses C/S system architecture,the commonality of the system is very low.Aiming at the shortage of traditional laboratory information management system,this paper based on the IoT technology to build the architecture of the laboratory management system,and design the information management system based on MVC web to improve the automation and intelligent level of laboratory management.This paper analyses the present situation of Laboratory information management system,the feasibility and effectiveness of the application of the IoT technology in the laboratory management system are expounded in this paper.On the basis of system requirement analysis,the overall scheme of the system is designed based on the IoT architecture.Design of wireless sensor node,switch control node and coordinator node using STC12C5A60S2 and ZigBee RF module CC2530,and construct the wireless sensor network,complete the information gathering of sensor nodes,realize the environmental parameters(temperature,humidity,smoke concentration and so on)sensing and equipment switch control.Using RFID reader module RC522 and CC2530 to realize the identification and the wireless control of access control.The design of the Video monitoring system based on ARM Cortex-A8 and RER-USB30W02M.By the transplantation of Linux kernel and file system,the design of embedded IoT gateway,the system sensing layer is connected to the Internet through the gateway,the information management system based on Web,access to the laboratory sensory information and control by remote way via the Internet.In this paper,the performance of the system is tested according to the two parts of the function test and the compression test.Analysis reports,under the environment of high concurrency,the server management system comprehensive performance is very well,so it can satisfy the laboratory information management system based on IoT application requirements.The system deployment in enterprise-class server systems comprehensive performance will be better.
