The number of higher vocational education is increasing year by year, the proportion of college students from rural areas has increased year by year. On the other hand, the employment rate of college students has decreased year by year, especially the students of higher vocational education employment rate decreased significantly, so more and more people begin to pay attention to the problem of return on education investment of rural students. The higher vocational colleges in Hefei area as an example, through a large number of empirical studies concluded that rural students choose higher education has some experience relatively high rate of return and get through the case study should be the majority of rural households, individual students, schools and government attention. The rural family should arouse attention is, it should be possible to give children the opportunity to receive higher education, will not only get the explicit material rewards also to education itself in all aspects of life are improved, so as to change their lives, and this influence will directly bring the majority of rural households, so as to improve the the overall situation of the family. For rural students students inspiration, to fully understand the system of student loans and scholarships grants system, so as to effectively solve their school fees, exercise their ability in various aspects of the school, improve the entrepreneurial capacity, expanding employment choice; for countries, fair educational opportunities and employment opportunities equality is need more policy support.
