Career education is the common needs of individuals and social development, and its values are the foundation for the student's career and should be a lifelong learning process in the new era background. At present, career education in China tend to put the emphasis on the universities and vocational colleges, but it relatively lack of penetration of career educational content in secondary education stage resulting in the blindness of students in arts and sciences division, professional choices or employment selection, and even appears the phenomena that they confused about what to do next giving rise to a arbitrary choice on their own way without any clear understanding or study of the conditions. It is not only a departure from the career development theory,the impact of students' personal development, while triggering a series of serious social problems, but also one of the reasons that makes people deviate from human-job-Matching, hence of the career education in secondary education stage is imminent.In order to walking with the related policy of government that promote quality education, the emphasis of education in basic education and secondary education stage should shift knowledge-centered education to promote the comprehensive development of education and focus on career education at all stages.This study analyzes and studies the successful experience of the French education and related career development theory, combined with the characteristics of children's cognitive development and the Ministry of Education for the "Cultivate All-round Development of People" concept, emphasizing the necessity and urgency of career education in secondary education stage in China; Via text analysis career education content of junior high school science textbooks in French, its contents include full coverage of the diverse career education knowledge and information to the students, providing a wide array of career information, provide a comprehensive professional background and wide-ranging career penetration educational content and other characteristics, such as "discipline penetration" in the form of passing information, "illustrated" organizational form content, "column mosaic" presented the form,"a typical case add reading comprehension "written in the form of expanded content features, provide a reference for our penetration of career education in basic and secondary education and junior high school science textbook on how to write effectively penetrate career education.By learning from the successful experience of France, we can strengthen career education legislation stage of basic education, integrating career education and curriculum standards among vocational education into the curriculum and pedagogical materials rich in career information and other means, to improve our career education system, to promote career education the smooth development of secondary education in our country, and training students in vocational secondary education and career planning capabilities and other aspects of consciousness which has a double meaning in theory and practice.
