After the end of the 19 th century,with the rapid development of capitalism in the Western countries,the Western society transited gradually from the production society to consumer society,consumerism will be popular.At the same time,accompanied by the development of economic globalization,consumerism gradually spread worldwide open.With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up,the market economy has improved steadily,some Western values and lifestyles gradually affect our people work,live and learn,to a certain extent,but also the impact of the ideas of contemporary college students and lifestyle.Consumerism is the consumer,especially in material consumption as the primary means for social development and the fundamental purpose of personal life,and to reflect the people’s social status symbol by consumption,net worth wealth of values and behavior practice.After the reform and opening up,the material conditions and the level of consumption of college students have greatly changed under the influence and impact of consumerism,active thinking,strong ability to accept,they are deeply influenced by energetic.Contemporary college students as a special social group,their ideas,values,lifestyles and consumer behavior are to some extent related to the future development of the country,so that the impact of their consumption of thought has been academic and social extensive attention.By the social environment impact of college students’ consumption behavior in the process of economic and social development is increasingly showing a diverse,modern and advanced technology.Therefore,it is essential that how to establish a scientific and rational consumer attitudes,how to estimate and control their own spending power while maintaining a reasonable level of consumption.
