Statistics is a science and art of collecting and analyzing data, which has a pivotal position in Today's Information Age of Big Data. With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, a series of problems appeared. For example, how the status quo of the statistical thinking in our high school students? What is the statistical cognitive status of mathematics teachers? What is the impact of teachers' statistical cognition on students' statistical thinking? And so on, these series of questions urgently need to be explored and solved in the curriculum reform. It is also urgently to in-depth study in the theory of mathematics education.This paper based on the concept of the new curriculum, with the breakthrough point of practicing of the New Curriculum reform. Using a method combining questionnaire and interview, as Beijing Normal University Edition optional 1-2 as the reference content, as cultivating students' statistical thinking as the core, systematically surveyed and analyzed senior high school students level of statistical thinking under the New Curriculum from the perspective of teaching. The research results show the following characteristics:1.Through SPSS and other analytical tools, the results of the data fitting showed a normal distribution, indicating that the data is valid. The students' statistical thinking level is in a partial normal distribution, and is in the quantitative partial transition level. And the quantitative level of students accounted for 32.5%. The analysis level of students is slightly higher than twenty percent of total number. In the four dimensions of statistical thinking, only the number of describing data dimension of middle school students in each level presenting increasing trend. The dimensions of analysis explaining data to students is in the transitional level, and the other two dimensions are in quantitative level.2. In the comparison of Gender, arts and Sciences, and class type(key classes and regular classes) data, the overall score of boys is slightly higher than that of girls. Science class is higher than liberal arts class only on the analysis level. Priority classes as a whole are in the quantization level, and regular classes are between in transition level and quantify level. On the basis of ability, such as reading questions, calculating data and making charts, girls are better than boys, and liberal arts class is better than science class. Students' main errors include calculating errors, the neglect of the relevant details when making the scatter diagram, and the lack of understanding of the relevant relations.3. The students of the three characteristics according to the photographic coequal value combine, are be got the score to different groups of students' statistical thinking level in each stage. The statistical thinking level of the boys in science classes is the highest. Statistical results of students' multiple features, providing a theoretical basis for teachers to adjust teaching methods.4. According to the interview results, there are mainly four problems in teachers:(1)The difference between "statistical" knowledge and mathematical knowledge and the understanding of the relationship is not thorough enough.(2)Teachers do not attach importance to show students the complete statistical process.(3)Compared to training statistical thinking ability, teachers pay more attention to question in details, such as cultivation of students' operating ability, familiar with the statistics of the basic steps.(4)There are still teachers who have not get rid of the suspicion of exam oriented education.5. Combined students' statistical thinking level and corresponding class teachers' statistical cognition situation analysis, we found that the scores in problem solving and computing are higher in class which teachers concerned about the college entrance examination and emphasized practice. Pay attention to the cultivation of students' statistical thinking, but ignore the basic training of teachers' class is better in the analysis ability, basic ability needs to be improved. The scores in class that teachers are concerned about the both are the highest.Based on the conclusions of this study, the paper related personnel recommendations. The purpose is to solve the problems in the results of this paper.
