Zhejiang Province,as the first batch of pilot regions in China's new round of college entrance examination reform,its new college entrance examination model has aroused great concern from the society since its introduction.Under the new college entrance examination reform situation,the subject of geography can become an elective subject for more students.Geography teaching in middle schools is carried out based on the new curriculum standards.Only when the academic level test is consistent with the new curriculum standard can the evaluation results of the academic level test be correctly reflected to reflect whether the students meet the requirements of the new curriculum standard.Research on the consistency of academic level tests and new curriculum standards can provide a basis for improving the consistency of academic level tests and curriculum standards,teachers' teaching levels,and scientific propositions.The SEC(Survey of the Enacted Curriculum)consistency analysis method is relatively flexible and has strong applicability.This article aims to apply the SEC consistency analysis method to the 2017-2019 Zhejiang provincial high school geography professional level test(hereinafter referred to as Zhejiang Province academic level test)and the "General High School Geography Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as the new curriculum standard 2017)Version)for quantitative research.The content content and cognitive level of the course content in the 2017 version of the new curriculum standard were counted,and the content and cognitive level of the academic proficiency test questions in Zhejiang Province were classified.Construct the content theme of the new curriculum standard 2017 and the academic level test of Zhejiang Province-the two-dimensional ratio table of cognitive level and calculate the consistency index of the new curriculum standard 2017 and each academic level test of Zhejiang Province,so as to obtain Zhejiang Province The level of consistency between the academic level test and the 2017 version of the new curriculum standard.The following conclusions are obtained through research:(1)The consistency index P value of the 2017-2019 Zhejiang academic performance test paper and the new curriculum standard 2017 version are lower than the critical value P0 of the consistency index.Good consistency,but the level of consistency between the two continues to improve.(2)In terms of content themes,as far as the average of Zhejiang Province's academic proficiency test papers is concerned,compared with the 2017 version of the new curriculum standard,Zhejiang's academic proficiency test has an impact on natural environmental elements / landscapes(Theme II),natural environment and human activities(Theme III),Geographic Information Technology(Theme IV),Settlement / Urban and Rural(Theme VI),Culture(Theme VII),and Geographic Information Technology(Theme X)are more appropriate;the population(theme V)and strategic and Development(theme ?)inspection efforts;increased research on earth knowledge(theme ?)and industry(theme ?).(3)In terms of cognitive level,in terms of the average level of Zhejiang Province's academic proficiency test papers,compared with the 2017 version of the new curriculum standard,the test papers reduced the “understanding level” and increased the “understanding level” and the “understanding level”.Application level ".(4)Regarding the cognitive level of different content themes,as far as the "understanding level" is concerned,most test papers are more suitable for the examination of questions III,IV,VII,VI and X.Most test papers reduce the examination of the theme V.Most test papers have strengthened the examination of theme ?,theme ? and theme ?.As far as "understanding level" is concerned,most test papers are more suitable for the examination of theme III,theme V,theme IV,theme ?,and theme X.Most test papers reduce the examination of theme I,theme VI and theme ?.Most test papers have strengthened the examination of theme II and theme VIII.As far as "application level" is concerned,all test papers are more suitable for the examination of theme I,theme III,theme IV,theme V,theme VI,theme ?,theme ?,and theme X.Most test papers are more appropriate for the examination of theme ?.
