Good campus culture construction has the invisible education function for students to promote learning, develop personality and moral behavior with mold and guide function. Based on No.29 Middle School of Baotou, No.25 Middle School of Baotou and Heping Middle School as school as samples to study the present situation of the junior middle school campus in KunQu in Baotou, according to the data of The China Ministry of Education to develop and practice the social core value, especially the General Secretary Xi has pointed out “Try to make each class spread not only knowledge but also goodness, make each activity not only good for body and mind but also cultivate their taste, which makes the students taken good care of and helped sincerely. What we have done is to make the social core value grow and come out in the bottom of the students' hearts”. At the same time, try to investigate focusing on culture construction and the importance of the construction of campus culture in junior high school education.Through the investigation, the author found the basic situation of the construction of campus culture No.29 Middle School of Baotou, No.25 Middle School of Baotou and Heping Middle School, the campus culture construction in the lead position in the school education and clearly carrying out the construction of campus culture and the correlation between teachers and students who grow up and are motivated. The schools lack of theme cultural landscape construction; The lack of unique spiritual culture; Lack of practice activities combined with course content. At the same time, accordingto the theory of learning, from the material conditions of the construction of campus culture, management ideology and the practical activities of participants. The construction of campus culture for the three schools are in concluded in all aspects of the affirmation of the achievements and the main problems existing in the construction of campus culture and the bottleneck to solve these problems. The author put forward the effective methods and ways to carry out the construction of campus culture so as to promote the benign operation of the local elementary education reform and innovation and development.
