In recent years, crime of teenagers has attracted more attention of the society, and become a big social problem. Statistics show that Chinese society of juvenile delinquency, minor crime rate rose year by year in our country, the teenagers crime accounts for over 70% of the total national criminal,teenagers crime in our country has become a very serious social phenomenon.They took to crime road was precipitated a variety of reasons, not only its own problems with teenagers, it may also include the influence of its surrounding environment, such as family, school, society, etc. And family as "first class" of adolescence, an important socialize place, has a very important role in teenagers' s life.Therefore, the impact can not be ignored in juvenile crime. Family education is the largest and longest way of education befor teenagers enter the school. Our country always attached great importance to family education, but in the new historical period, due to the change of family structure and family migration, family education is facing a new challenge, especially the negative factors in the family education in the process of urbanization, lead to formation of the abnormal personality,causing a lot of crime. So the family education factors of negative influence on teenagers appear deviation behavior is very necessary. However, with the various aspects of development and improvement of the system and mechanism, the problem of juvenile crime is not just rely on the professional of treatment for the judiciary, judicial social work is also involved in juvenile crime in recent years.The new forces contains extremely strong vitality and professional background,play an important role in the prevention of juvenile delinquency, the treatments of the crime group, and the troubled teenagers return to family and society.In this paper, using literature method, questionnaire survey method and interview method and other methods, proceed from the Angle of the justice ofsocial work, on the basis of the theory of social work professional, in the analysis of the current situation and reason of Hohhot juvenile delinquents,from the improper way of family education, to explore the negative factors of family education playing a negative role in their personality, as well as the negative influence on juvenile crime, to warning and guiding parents in the process of juvenile education, how to avoid the negative factors of family education of teenagers. The full text of the main frame is: the introduction part make sorting and review of adolescent deviant behavior of the existing literature, and to make the topic background and the research methods a briefly introduction. The first part introduced the basic situation of Hohhot reformatory for juvenile, including juvenile delinquents and the basic situation of the social worker. The second part is through to the interviews of the resident social worker to understand the main performance of the juvenile delinquents and types, combined with a questionnaire for juvenile delinquents negative types of family education factors. The third part through the analysis of the second part of the problem, combined with professional social work theory, put forward a plan by using individual, group, community to intervene deviation behaviors adolescent family and to improve its education present situation.
