In recent years, with the rapid development of economy in our country,the number of village inside city gradually increased and there are many problems in such villages.One of the most important problems is the urban villages deviation behavior of adolescents. Because of the environmental impact on the teenagers, the deviant behavior becomes more and more common, which causes wide public concern. Deviant behavior is likely to cause delinquency problems, even affect social harmony and stability.Therefore, improving the behavior of adolescents is an urgent requirement for the development of healthy social .J community is a very representative city village community and the people living in the J community mainly include the urban village, the original residents and migrant workers and their families. The article is focused on teenagers whose parents are migrant workers to understand their deviant behavior and conduct social work interventions for these deviant behaviors. Based on the game therapy theory and following the intervention steps of group work in the process, the article combined the game therapy theory and group work in order to guide the service objects to find and solve problems in the game and improve themselves.Based on the foundation of game theory,using the group work methods to intervene the service objects to help them not feel tired of learning and play truant at all? improve family communication and parents-child relationship and interpersonal skills.It also improves the deviant behavior and meets the demand of normal socialization. At the same time, the successful intervention of social work based on game therapy theory not only reflects the professionalism of social work but also provides experience for future intervention.
