A Research On Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture Education For College Students

The core values of Chinese socialism are based on Chinese excellent traditional culture. They have a same basic value pursuit. The first important work of current college students’ Ideological and political education is that rooting the socialist core value concept into the process of our national education, in order to improve college students’ scientific makings and political makings.It’s important to make a more positive impact of Chinese excellent traditional culture on the ideological and political education of College Students.Guided by the theory of Marxism, adhering to the attitude of seeking truth from facts, seeking truth and being practical, this paper explains that Chinese excellent traditional culture education for college students has an important role in practicing the socialist core values, and points out that the characteristics of Chinese excellent traditional culture are consistent with the socialist core values.It studies the present situation of Chinese excellent traditional culture education for college students,affirms the past achievements, points out the problems and analyzes the reasons, such as an imperfect environment for Chinese traditional culture education, a fading effect of colleges, a low quality in total of teachers,and a lack of correct understandings for college students. This paper finally explores effective paths to improve the theoretical system of ideological and political education, provides a reference for the practice of ideological and political education in college, and further enriches Chinese excellent traditional culture and the ideological education for college students to help college student practice the socialist core values better.
