Sequence,as the important point in the high school mathematics,on the one hand,is closely linked with the function,equation and geometric knowledge,which is not only a bridge between elementary mathematics and advanced mathematics,but also the carrier of mathematics way of thinking,thus having been widely used in the real life;on the other hand,sequence can effectively cultivate students' observation,analysis,conjecture,guessing and reasoning ability,which will improve the students' ability to ask questions,analyze and solve problems.Due to the more conception,formula properties and complicated calculation involved in the point of sequence,many students often go wrong in this part of knowledge learning.Therefore,this paper study the common type of mistakes in solving the problems of sequence and its reasons in senior one students through the questionnaire survey,tests and the interviews of teachers and students,aiming at strengthening the consciousness of students' mistake proofing,improve the error-correcting ability.The results show that:(1)The wrong understanding on mathematics problem solving by senior one students exists mainly three aspects:(1)do not pay enough attention on the wrong problems;(2)depend more on the teacher;(3)faile to effectively use the wrong title this.(2)Senior one students exist the common error types on the four aspects: related concepts,arithmetic progression,geometric progression,summation of sequence and its comprehensive application.The causes of errors include two aspects: cognitive and non-cognitive factors.Cognitive factors mainly include the capacity to understand does not reach the designated position,fuzzy logic,the limiting of mental models,lacks of cautiousness.Non-cognitive factors mainly include the inadequacies of psychological adaptation,local achievements in psychology,learning in negative transfer,inappropriate learning motivation.Finally,based on the conclusions of the study,this paper puts forward the teaching strategies of sequence and the teaching strategies by correct using themistakes about the students to provide a reference.
