The Shaping Of The Socialist Core Values To The Occupation Values Of Undergraduates

Occupation values are the subjective factors effecting career choice which has played important role in the occupation planning even the whole life of the college students. However, as subjective factors, it is uncertain. Because of influence of socialist market economy, occupation values adverse disadvantage factors on economic growth and personal development. Marx thought, labor plays a vital role in the development of the humans, so career choice is closely related to people's development. Therefore, in this paper, based on Marx, Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping's thoughts of socialist core values, this article will analyze the status and existing problems of the college students' occupation values, then explore the causes of these problems and solving countermeasures. The author thinks, it need integrated the socialist core vales and the occupation values through the platform of the career education, which is benefit for people to identify and practice the socialist core values and set up correct occupation values.This paper consists of five parts: the first part is preface of this thesis, this part will elaborate the social background, research status and research significance of the occupation values; define the related concepts about the occupation values.The second part; mainly introduce the related theories and thoughts about the socialist core and occupation values, including the proposed process and essential thoughts of the socialist core values. Explore the relationship between socialist core values and occupation values. The socialist core values guide the forming of the occupation values. The correct occupation values are the practice of the socialist core values.The third part; analyze the status and existing problems of the college students' occupation values with the questionnaires survey. With the questionnaires survey to the underground of Tianjin University, on the one hand, analyze the status of the occupation values and to further analyze the characters and existing problems. On the other hand, summary the learning status of the socialist core values and to further analyze the relationships between the learning degree of the socialist core values and the occupation values.The forth part; summary the influencing factors to the college students' occupation values throughout analyze the existing problems of the college students' occupation values, mainly the macro environments effecting personal growth,including social, school and family. Further, expect the three macro factors, explore the reason from the perspective of productivity.The fifth part; the cultivating and practicing process of socialist core values is a good chance to complete the occupation values education and reshaping. It contains the cultivation and practice of socialist core values and occupation values. This part discusses four specific measures. First of all, strengthen the cultivating of the socialist core values. Second, we can integrate occupation values with the socialist core values through the platform of the career education. Third, strength the education about the occupation values throughout the practice. Finally, it need good social and school environment to cultivate the socialist core values and the occupation values.
