The core concept of Galvanic cell is one of the core knowledge of the middle school chemistry discipline, to lay the foundation for the students coming to study the electrochemical knowledge and understanding the core concepts of Galvanic cell is the students to construct the starting point of the electrochemical system knowledge, and it is also an important role for students to understand the core concept of Galvanic cell in the cross disciplinary learning process. Through grasp the core concepts, students can interpret life related phenomena, can achieve mastery through a comprehensive study of the subject, giving top priority to in order to provide the organizational structure of the new knowledge, and to quickly obtain knowledge. So in the teaching process of Galvanic cell content we want to make the students one by one to break through the difficulties, to reach a new high. But success is not achieved overnight, it need us pay attention to reasonable adjustment the knowledge structure in teaching, and tap the internal knowledge, people already recognize knowledge and skills formation, establishment and deepening is a spiral to the learning process. The concept of Learn progressions are presented to show the people should be on the students' learning process direction, path and stages, and each stage of learning to reach the expected level to give a high degree of concern. This paper mainly uses the literature analysis method, the questionnaire survey method and the practice research method and so on, through the study of the core concept of Galvanic cell in the curriculum standards, teaching syllabus, and the requirements of the three versions of the teaching materials, sorting out the four advanced level of the middle school stage of Galvanic cell, and through invested the chemical core concepts of student learning in compulsory stage, to study of the core concept of Galvanic cell teaching goal, teaching strategy, teaching content, establishment the teaching design of a conducive to the development of students and improve. This paper is divided into three parts:The first part is mainly through literature review to sort out at home and abroad and learning advanced theory of relevant theoretical results and empirical case.Combined with the core concept of Galvanic cell literature research and teach version of the chemistry textbook to tease out the expected four level of the highschool stage not schoolmate the section on the core concept of “Galvanic cell”, to provide the basis for the preparation of teaching design. The second part is the preparation of the questionnaire and survey of students in compulsory phase of the core chemical concepts learning and students from the core concept advanced teaching understanding and accepting of the analysis of the current situation. Come to the conclusion that:(1) Students' motivation level is not high;(2)Students do not take the initiative to construct the concept of the system of thought;(3) The singularity of students' learning methods. The third part is the combination of theory and investigation analysis, the preparation of teaching design for the content of compulsory two and elective four of the Galvanic cell, at the same time, the practice of teaching design of “Galvanic cell”with compulsory two, according to the interviews and preparation of test questions to examine the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching design, and puts forward relevant suggestions:(1)Based on the core concept, construct the knowledge system;(2)Based on the scientific inquiry, improve students' enthusiasm;(3)Based on the advanced level, comprehensive grasp students' learning situation;(4) Based on the development of students, the coexistence of various evaluation methods.
