Galvanic Cell plays an important role in Senior Chemistry. In the long teaching process, We find that many students not skillfully master and put principles of redox reactions to solve Galvanic Cell, various types of primary batteries, and difficult exer cises, which becomes difficult to teachers how to teach and students how to learn.First and foremost, we put forword the significance of some confusions about Galvanic Cell based on the New Curriculum Standard in college entrance examination. Secondly, we find the problems that senior science males meet when we talk with them about the Galvanic Cell. Finally, we carried out experimental study of teaching.This research indicates that the difficulties of learning Galvanic Cell mainly be how to judge direction of ions and cations'movement, how to determine the flow of electron current, how to calculate the differences of ion and how to write on the electrode reaction equation. In these difficulties, how to write on the electrode reaction equation is the biggest problem. According to the difficulties, we put forword the motivation basement that make life into the Galvanic Cell to overcome the difficulties of Galvanic Cell. In addition, we think that students explore the principles of primary cells in research, provide knowledge basement; optimize the teaching of redox reaction equation, and provide skills basement to overcome the difficulties. Through the four-step analysis, we put up with a teaching strategy to overcome the difficulties, and provide the dynamic foundation, knowledge base, skills base and methods base to help students to solve the difficulties.
