Objective:In order to study the voluntary movement and stress on the different effects of the Acute stress response in mice.Through the creation of chronic stress and self-motion model,anal-ysis of voluntary movement and stress on the mouse's wei ght, behavior, and effects of immune function.Method:Selected 35 of male mice, the mice were dividedinto 5 groups,7 mice in e ach gr-oup,Include quiet Group(C), the quiet + motion + acute stress(CEP2), chronic stress + motion + q-uiet Group(P1EC), chronic stress acute stress + motion + acute str ess Group(P1EP2), chronic stress + quiet+ acute stress Group(P1CP2). According to4 weeks of chronic stress, 6 weeks of voluntary movement, acute stress, the sequence of the experimental intervention.During the experiment, maze and open-fiel d test was carried out in mice test. After the experiment is completed, testing serum IL-6, IL-1?, TNF-?,C3,C4 levels.Results:(1)4 weeks chronic stress results show that stress-related Groups P1EP2,P1 EC,P1CP2 weight loss was significantly lower than of quiet; After 6 weeks of voluntary motion shows, P1EP2, CEP2 was significantly lower than before exercise?(2)In the open field test,P1 EC, P1EP2 group, travel time was significantly higher than that in the middle of Group C;First maze test, stress-related groups P1 EC, P1EP2, P1CP2 time of the mazes were significantly higher than of quiet;Second maze test, stress related to the Group P1 EC, P1EP2, P1CP2 time of the mazes were significantly higher than in Group C and CEP2;Overall, the second maze's time was significantly lower than that for the first time, Group CEP2 two time lag is the largest,P1CP2 minimum?(3)C3 experiments showed that stress-related P1 EC, P1EP2, P1CP2,C3 content below the CEP2?(4)Results show of the TNF-?, TNF-? CEP2 group was significantly higher than that of Group c?(5)IL-6 results show CEP2 content was significantly higher than that of P1CP2, P1EP2;P1EC group was significantly higher than that of P1CP2, P1EP2 ?Conclusions:(1)Inhibit the increase in body weight in mice with chronic stress, the independent exercise of control mice body weight play a role?(2)Chronic stress on cognition and memory ability in mice have a certain effect;6 week voluntary motion in chronic stress rats ' cognitive ability and memory capacity have a role in promoting?(3)6 voluntary motion to raise serum C3 content, TNF-?, IL-6, IL-1?,which is consistent with previous research, proven 6 voluntary motion activates the body's immune function?(4)Chronic stress reducing mouse serum C3 content, IL-6, IL-1 beta, prove that chronic stress on immune function in mice inhibited?(5)6 week voluntary motion in the model of chronic stress can be mitigated to some extent the adverse stimuli and improves the body's ability to withstand chroni c stress?(6)6 week voluntary motion of the chronic stress rats ' ability to withstand acute stress, to a certain extent, ease the acute stress the adverse consequences?...
