The context theory as one of the important concepts of language discipline study, after entering high school Chinese reading teaching field of vision, has opened up a new train of thought for the Chinese reading teaching and methods, more and more get the attention of the large Chinese education workers. In the process of Chinese reading teaching in high school, through to grasp the text context, can make students more accurately analyze the meaning of words, sentences, by grasping the author context can make the students understand the characters more accurately and the author's writing intention, through to grasp the social and cultural context, can make the students strengthen the understanding of the text, the teaching context associated with the readers context, helps to arouse the enthusiasm of students learning, and achieve the understanding of knowledge, memory, apply, so as to improve the effectiveness of Chinese reading teaching.This paper on the theory of context and context of the development process of the definition are analyzed and combed, in the process of high school Chinese reading teaching context can be divided into text context, context of authors, readers context, social and cultural context and teaching context, pointed out that the function of context is restricted respectively, interpretation, generate, judge function. And then analyzes the context theory into the necessity of high school Chinese reading teaching and the problems of high school Chinese reading teaching. For related question, finally combining with the teaching case context theory put forward concrete application in Chinese reading teaching in high school.This paper mainly on the application of context theory in high school Chinese reading teaching is studied, through the text, the author, social culture, readers, teaching context in Chinese reading teaching in the process of creating, during the process of the effectiveness of the context theory in Chinese reading teaching strategy and has positive significance.Hope through the above research, this paper use context theory related theory to solve the problems of high school Chinese reading teaching method, train of thought, to improve the current status of reading teaching, training teachers, the students' context awareness and ability, so as to improve the effectiveness of high school Chinese reading teaching.
