Investigation And Research On The Development Situation Of Kaifeng Youth Campus Football League

Football is a collective sport consisting of confrontation and cooperation. Participating in football is beneficial for the cultivation of teenagers' hard work, mutual cooperation and the good will of courage to fight; besides, it can fully cultivate their indomitable will and the spirit of solidarity and collaboration. On March 8, 2015, the Genera l Office of the State C ouncil issued the reform and development of Chinese football overall plan, which mentions campus football 17 times. And since then school football has become a focus of the whole nation, on which people rely to revitalize China football and realize China football dream. This paper ta kes the situation that is carried out in Kaifeng teenager school football league as the research object, and takes 26 teachers(coaches), 314 players and 13 referees. These people come from 21 special football schools that join in the Kaifeng school football league. Using the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, interview method, mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other research methods to analyze the actual situation, thus, we can find out the specific problems, analyze the causes, and provide some references to the health and sustainable development of the school football league in Kaifeng. Here are the conclusions:Firstly, owing to the school football starting in the municipal cities of H enan province, Kaifeng teenager school football league has changed a lot, especially, the increasing teams every year that provide a good soil to cultivate qualified football players for Kaifeng school football.Secondly, as the organizers of Kaifeng teenager school football league, the education department and sport department's labor is clear cut, but the imperfectness of the supervision system causes many problems, which need to be took noticed by competent department. Besides, their ability of dealing with the details is ought to improve.Thirdly, there are many problems in the security system of Kaifeng school football league, such as, competent department purchasing insurance, the allocation of medical stuffs, the background of security personnel, which have a bad effect on the development of Kaifeng school football.Fourthly, during the Kaifeng school football league, the head teachers and the players' parents have positive attitude to the league, which benefits the development of the Kaifeng school football league.Fifthly, lack of funds, lack of faculties and the great pressure of study for students are the top three reasons which effect the development of Kaifeng school football league, the education department and sport department take more notice of them.
