In this paper, according to the city disadvantaged students with school and family education resources, they are divided into three types. According to the theory of Learning Motivation, Learning Attitude, Learning Strategy and Learning outcome evaluation theory, analysis of different types of city disadvantaged student's study present situation, and to explore the cause of this situation.By means of self-made questionnaire,Let city students to fill out the questionnaire by themselves.Survey subjects include two key middle schools and three non-key middle schools, nearly 1100 students, survey results as follows:Type I city disadvantaged students self-efficacy is lower, Lack of internal motivation in learning. With poor learning attitude to homework, classroom and subject,lack of a sense of pride and belonging to their school, they are not satisfied with the teacher's teaching methods, but the collective sense of honor is higher. Lack of learning strategies and methods, study result is not ideal. Type II city disadvantaged students self-efficacy is moderate, internal motivation also insufficient. Treatment of homework, class and not good subjects with general attitude, they also lack sense of honor and pride to their school and low identity to the teacher teaching way, but like their classmates. Use of meta cognitive strategy level is moderate, use of Resource management strategy and cognitive strategy is low, nearly half of the students think through learning their ability to use knowledge was improves, but most of the students think their ability to accept knowledge has not been improved. Types III city disadvantaged students'self-efficacy reached the average level,intrinsic motivation influence general. Learning attitude to class, homework and subject is good, they had a higher sense of pride and belonging to their school,and also like their classmates, recognition of the "learning" is high, use of meta cognitive strategies is reasonable in learning, use of cognitive strategy and resource management strategy level is low. Through the study, their ability to use knowledge has increased, but in terms of ability to accept knowledge is poor.The above results mainly Because of by the inequitable distribution of school resources, the differences on family education resources, and students'internal motivation and self-efficacy is low, learning attitude is not correct, The use of learning strategies level is not high. According to the results of the study present situation investigation and analysis of the causes as a result, put forward the following countermeasures and Suggestions:First, efforts to guide the concept of parent education, improve the professional skills of parents; Second, school educational resources appropriately directed to non-key middle schools.Third, develop city disadvantaged students self-confidence, improve the influence of internal motivation; Fourth, guide students to form good learning habits, to master the necessary learning strategies.
