In the "Internet +" under the guidance of the information age, teachers' professional development will enter the phase of online training system. Online training, the teacher composed of learning community, participate in the organization of expert guidance under the planned training activities, in the process of producing a large number of resources, called generative resources. These generative resources are vivid and real, and can effectively support the development of teachers' online learning community. In the process of the development of the teachers' online community, it will continuously generate new and higher levels of generative resources. These generative resources will promote the teacher training and teacher professional development. Teachers' Continuing Education and training based on generative resources can solve the specific problems encountered in the teaching practice, and carry out a deeper research on these problems. At the same time, collect the generation of resources for teachers in professional development in different stages, and carries on the analysis and summary, to obtain more value, promoting teacher professional development ways of enlightenment, and to provide basis for the in-depth development of the in-service teacher education and training. Therefore, the author studies how to develop the interactive development between the teachers' online learning community and the generative resources.This research is based on the analysis of the two aspects of generative resources and learning community, and research on the interactive development strategy of the online learning community and the generative resources. Firstly the online learning community and generate resources concept were defined, and combing through the literature, to the domestic and foreign online learning community, generation resources research present situation carries on the detailed combing, understanding domestic and foreign scholars on both of them carried out what kinds of research, research deep into what extent, what kind of results are obtained. Next respectively to generate resources to the basic connotation to sort out, including the generation of resources types, characteristics, way, life cycle, by combing the generative resources with new understanding, that generate resources can in some extent support online learning community development. On this basis, sort out the online learning community knowledge construction process, from the analysis in the online learning community knowledge constructing process of how to generate resources and generative resources and how to participate in and support the process of constructing knowledge, generate resources and online learning community contact is established. On the basis of design and research, the researcher put forward the interactive development strategy of the online learning community and the generative resources. The online learning community and generative resources interaction and the circular interactive, progressive development "to define, online learning community development and generation of resource development is not independent, but related to each other. The researchers believe that the importance of the interactive development of the generative resources and the online learning community can effectively protect the effective growth of the learning community, and promote the further development of the teachers' online research.Researchers have proposed the online learning community and generation of interactive resources development strategy, applied to the specific implementation of the national training program(2015) of the central and western Gansu teacher training project verification method. In this process, the researchers mainly uses survey research method, content analysis method, data collection and analysis method, through the use of questionnaires, evaluation and scale and online training platform statistics, to understand the online learning community to generate resources utilization degree, to training program(implementation plan) and the teaching design for representatives of generation resources level, as well as the online learning community to carry out the number of generated in the training process of generation resources. Through the analysis of the process information and the results of the online learning community, the improvement of the design ability and teaching design ability of the learning community online is verified.Through a series of studies, the researchers believe that the online learning community and the generative resources are the relationship between the cycle and the progressive development. Online learning community in the growth process of generation resources, can effectively support learning community to carry out step by step, and gradually in-depth training activities, so as to obtain the improvement of learning, practice and reflection ability; at the same time, generating resources for other online learning community of teachers' professional development support, to participate in the online training of all learning community acquired the ability to ascension possible.The research to the learning community to carry out training activities in online design and implementation has certain guiding significance; the effective use of production resources has certain guiding significance; the training institutions to carry out the blended training, training program design has a guiding significance; at the same time, the rich online training learning community in the case, for a long period, cross year of blended training lay the foundation.
