E-learning has been a most important way of study in the 21st century, and presently, the sharing of high quality resources has become a hot issue in educational field. Online learning community would play a profound and positive role in promoting E-learning and sharing structureless resources. This article, beginning with the background of "Internet Revolution", makes a claim for constructing a graduates' interscholastic online learning community based on SNS. The author analyses the necessity and feasibility of its construction with the former from theory and reality, and latter, technological, economic, and social aspects. Then the key characters of such an online community, the essential elements of its platform, and the basic principles to constructing are discussed. Finally, an organized construction is put forward, which has referenced value to some extent to construct interscholastic online learning community.SNS sets off a new upsurge of Internet revolution, and games as thieving vegetables and striving for berths make millions of Netizen addicted to SNS webs. Nevertheless, SNS, providing for service to develop social relationships, should not only be applied in entertainment. This article cites SNS into constructing graduates' interscholastic online learning community. The necessity and feasibility of its construction is analyzed based on Constructivism, the metaphor of learning, Group Dynamics Theory, Social Interdependence Theory, Education Association and Dialogue Theory, as well as the present requirement, the development of network technique, and the popularization of Netizen. Some key characters of the community are summarized as interscholastic, sharing of structureless and social network resources, the generation of learning objectives, the dynamic transformation of members' identity and the self-evaluation of learning effect. Based on the Honeycomb model of Gene Smith, a quinquangular illustraton of model is given, which has identity and sharing as its main elements, and groups, reputation, relationships and presence as its assistant elements. To construct the community, we should follow those principles which are referred to equitable identity, sharing of resources, real-name registration and system of point reward and punishment. An organized construction is put forward in this article, following with some explanation of it from the dimensionality of members, resources, circumstance and mechanism. Such a community will be of great meaning for sharing resources, especially for sharing structureless learning resources and for optimizing the effect of social online learning.
