| In recent years,the school education in our country has repeatedly emphasized the development of quality education,to promote all-round development of students in moral,intellectual and physical.College physical education as an important part of higher education in our country,fully implement the guiding ideology of quality education,to "National Ordinary University School Sports Teaching Guidelines for as the basis to develop the teaching plan,to carry out rich campus sports and cultural activities.Because sports itself has a certain risk,the campus sports injury accident is inevitable.The occurrence of sports injury accidents will affect students' physical and mental health in a certain extent,and hinder the normal work of physical education in Colleges and universities.Therefore,how to prevent and properly handle the campus injury accidents has gradually become a common concern of the community and the school,and is also a hot research topic in school sports.In this paper,the current situation of sports injury accidents in Colleges and universities in Dalian as the starting point,starting with the legal and insurance status,trying to prevent injury accidents from the root causes,strengthen the university sports protection system,the appropriate introduction of college sports insurance mechanism,to maximize the prevention of college sports injury accident.In this paper,the present situation of sports injury accidents in Colleges and universities in Dalian as the starting point,with the current situation of law and insurance,trying to prevent injury accidents from the root causes,strengthen the university sportsThe through the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics randomly selected Dalian City 7 colleges and universities of 700 students on sports injury accident of the questionnaire.Through to the status of Dalian university student sports injuries,law,insurance,the three aspects of analysis and research,it is concluded that the conclusions are as follows: 1,The sports injury accidents of college students in Dalian are higher in frequency,and the direct physical and sports events are ranked first in the project and organizational forms of injury accidents.Causes the university sports injury accident mainly may divide into the student own factor,the teacher leading factor,the campus sports field equipment factor,the weather and other factors.2,the university sports injury accident is on the basis of the campus students injury accidents approach "to deal with,however the regulations in a certain extent still exist many loopholes,in terms of college students lack of targeted,easy to cause the difficult situation of university sports injury accident treatment.3,Students' awareness of risk prevention is insufficient,and the students who usually purchase insurance are less.Society,schools and other aspects of sports insurance pay enough attention,sports insurance specific documents according to the relative blank,insurance mechanism at present and not a student think most suitable for injury accidents this problem solving preferred,college sports insurance industry market still has great development space. |
