Investigation And Countermeasures On Sports Injury Accidents In Colleges And Universities In Xi'an

School physical education, as an effective way to enhance students' physical condition, has vital impact on the improvement of students' physical qualities, and potential risks at the same time that injury accident happened usually, especially in school. Due to the invisible pressure of injury in physical education on school, family and teacher, some schools stored the dangerous equipment and canceled the activities with potential dangers, but those negative reactions are disobedient to our teaching target of school physical education. It is a question to be deal with that how to reduce and pro-protect and react to the risks in school physical education injury.This paper based on the subjects of the current station and reaction to risks in school physical education in universities in Xi'an, selected 900 students and 60 teachers from grade 2012 to 2014 in 10 different universities in Xi'an as the subjects. The result shows that:(1) The racial of injury happened in universities in Xi'an is high, with the 34.74% possession of total number of student. The physical competition (or test) is the highest one in different exercise activities, with 34.95%. In the different items, basketball is the highest one reaches to 31.6%, football followed to 20.97%. College student takes a racial of 62.31% in physical activities. According to the statistic of injury sorts, tissue contusion takes 65.9% and 1.93% is hospitalization of injury.(2) According to present accident attribution theory, the main factor is related to subject, object, management and circumstance ("4 factor theory of accident"). So that the school sports risk prevention and control supervision index system is based on the 4 factor that is the factor of subject, object, management and circumstance.(3) The reason of injury accidents in universities in Xi'an. First, factor of subject. The factor of physical educator:the check of equipment and students' clothing is not in place before the physical education class, the teachers did not teach self-protection methods in the sport; the factor of student:poor body quality, against the principles and no habit of preparation and relation before and after exercise. Second, factor of object. The equipment is not safe enough with the lack at the same time. Third, factor of management. The safety of physical education is in wrong place, and ignorance of that is still exist with the imperfect system of physiological health. Forth, factor of circumstance. Bad environment and circumstances that insurance is not well and little students will invest in it.According to the current statement and attribution of injury accident in physical education of college students in Xi'an, in order to reduce the loss and cost during accident, here is some advices:first, give play to the advantages, improve the physical quality of college student. Second, enhance the awareness of safety in physical education. Third, teachers should improve professional skills and awareness of safety by themselves. Forth, check and fix the ground and equipment regularly, remove the potential unsafety. Fifth, enhance the management to safety of physical education, pay more attention to that in school. Sixth, introduce some sports insurance for college students and strengthen the student's awareness of the insured.
