Teachers as an ancient occupation, the teacher is not only the inheritance of human culture, but also the agents of human civilization. The primary and middle school teachers are facing that their training objects are the teenagers whose physical and mental development is not mature and balance, so everything of the teachers have a profound effect on life and values formation of the students, thus we have higher requirements to teachers' professional ethics, strengthening teachers' professional ethics construction do some help to enhance the professional quality of teachers, to promote the healthy development of teenagers and to advance the construction of a harmonious society.Primary and secondary school teachers as the research object in this paper, the study based on theories of teachers' morality construction, the study used the methods of questionnaire survey and interview survey, to do the research about that the the status of professional ethics of primary and secondary school teachers in Nanchang and the current situation of teachers' morality construction in primary and secondary schools in Nanchang City, find the problems of the construction mechanism of teachers' morality in primary and middle schools, from teacher's own quality, social and cultural mechanisms, school moral management system these three aspects to find in-depth causes of the problems, the existing mechanism is not comprehensive enough and long-term so it can not solve the problem of the construction of teachers' morality, thus we put forward a system that from seven aspects to establish long-acting mechanism for Nanchang primary and middle school teachers in order to promote their professional ethics.Primary and secondary school teachers have the important responsibility of imparting knowledge and educating people, stimulating students' creative potential and promoting equal access to education. Therefore, establishing identity mechanism to strengthen teachers' professionalism, structuring coordination mechanism to highlight teachers' benevolence, promoting innovation mechanism to encourage teachers keep up with the times, developing integration mechanism to deepen the professional growth of teachers, opening release mechanism to safeguard the interests of teachers, optimizing reward and punishment mechanism to motivate teachers' behavior, constructing evaluation mechanism to promote teachers' moral self-discipline, the effective supervision of the external system based on the internal driving force of the teachers to enhance the construction of teachers' morality in the primary and middle schools to make the long-acting mechanism to forming a virtuous circle, making primary and secondary teachers backing to their responsibility and mission.
