The hope of revitalizing the nation in education, especially basic education. Hope for the revitalization of basic education teachers in primary and secondary schools; Professional Ethics is to improve the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers in the key, but also the soul of education. This article focuses on the mechanism of primary and secondary school teachers in professional ethics, moral construction of channels and effective measures. Teachers in primary and secondary education and training system is a mechanism to encourage dynamic mechanism, supervisory mechanisms, and evaluation feedback mechanism composed of four two mechanisms, mutual interdependence, mutual restriction and interaction. The main function of education and training system is to indicate the work of Professional Ethics, is the mechanism of primary and secondary school Teachers in the premise and foundation.
