The Current Situation And Countermeasures Research Of Wenzhou City Cummunity Sports Development

This paper take three administrative regions of Wenzhou: Lucheng,Ouhai,Longwan and the status quo of the community sports on the streets of the jurisdictions as the research object.Using the method of documentary,investigation,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,this article analyses four aspects of investigation and study: the status quo of wenzhou city community sports management,the present situation of its organization,the situation of social sports instructors and the status quo of participation in physical exercise,.Finally,the research sums up the community sports status,characteristics,law and countermeasures,and put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures according to the results of the study.The conclusions are as follows:1.In the management aspect,the government is in the dominant position in the community sports management system and formed the three-level management system: the district government,street agency and community sports association;Most management regulators belong to culture activity stations.2.In the organization aspect,the proportion of spontaneous sports organizations is great;the open degree of facilities is not high and the charge of sports places for profit is not uniform,the main source of funds are from the streets association,government funding,enterprises and individuals,and is mainly used for the development of community stadium,infrastructure construction,and maintenance as well as a variety of large-scale organization of the mass sports games,participation and management.3.In the aspect of Social sports instructors,the grade distribution is not even,the frequency of guidance is not enough and the talent incentive system is not perfect.4.In the aspect of participation in sports activities,to enhance their strength and health,the residents participate in some activities,such as running,climbing,badminton,walking,basketball,etc.They mainly do sports in the morning and evening,and most people exercise within 30 to 60 minutes each time,the place are mainly roads in the park or in the communities,and mainly personal exercise formThe main countermeasures are as follows:1.The the government should enhance the supervision and examination mechanism of community sports work.2.The relevant sports functional departments of the Neighborhood Offices should strengthen the efforts to improve the community sports management and organization abilities..3.Strengthen the cooperation among community and schools,sports association of social organizations,enterprises,and expand sports social resources.4.Strengthen the diversification of community sports modes.5.The funds of Community sports activities should be raised to be diversified and have multiple channels.6.Improve the community sports facilities and equipment.7.Strengthen the fitness consciousness of residents,form good sports atmosphere,enlarge the propaganda...
