In participates the Institution and the Private enterprise staffs are most, the official are least, participates who have high income, like participating in sports exchange, city, province, national competitions, people have low income, then like participating in fitness; Participates in the object region by the local primarily, the new native of Wenzhou are few, specially the new Wenzhou external workers little participates.6. The expenditure channels are private donations, fees, the support of institutions and advertising sponsorship. the major of private donations, fees and the instituations are88.36%in total.Main countermeasures:1. To make a striking feature of the sports festival subject to perfect the atmosphere.2. To enhance the content and form characteristic of city sports festival.3. Increase the sports infrastructure and openness to make a special brand sports festival.4. Making fuither steps to expand funds channels.5.
