Since Labor Contract Law enacted,it has always been queried by scholars.Someone think that this is a “tilt protection” law for labors.The others think that it has been advanced for 20 years,or even 50 years.And the rest think that the law is enacted for maintaining a harmonious relationship between employees and employers.The paper chose a group ? college graduations as the research object from many labors and studied the influence of the Labor Contract Law to the college graduations' employment through the methods of bibliographic retrieval,questionnaire survey,empirical analyses and comprehensive analyses.Through the research,we discovered that the law makes a direct and indirect impact on college graduations' employment.The indirect effect is that the Labor Contract Law enforces that enterprises become cautious to hire college graduations.And the law intangibly increases the risk and cost of using labors.All of these force enterprises to choose college graduations strictly.As well as,it increases many requirements when enterprises hire college graduations and college graduations would be hired when they meet these requirements.The employer changes their recruitment methods and adopts internal tapping,recommending,large employment fairs and so on to decrease campus recruitment.Strictly regulating the condition of signing labor contract makes firms employing college graduations cautiously.The direct effect is changing employment psychology of college graduations;enhancing emphases on work experience during the period of studying;reducing the number of the enterprises and college graduations that will participate campus recruitment,strengthening the relation between the law and the career of college graduations.Then,college graduations will come into being hesitation,escapism and conservation psychology,confused with the primary and secondary status of studying and working.Obviously,the first job is closely linked with the future career of college graduations.In view of the above problems,this article respectively discusses the positive influence of Labor Contract Law on university graduates from four aspects which is the government,colleges and universities,the enterprises and university graduates.The government should establish and improve the supporting measures,create good environment for the implementation of the law,strengthen the implement of Labor Contract Law and its execution,promote economic development and increase jobs,strengthen the legal protection of self-employment university graduates.The enterprises should strengthen the legal consciousness of employees,formulate legal recruitment system and employment system,establish and improve the trade union organizations,carry out the collective contract signing.The colleges and universities should strengthen students' learning on Labor Contract Law Increase the university employment sectors' knowledge of Labor Contract Law,construction law consulting department of colleges and universities,construct the legal consultation department in colleges and universities.The university graduates should improve the legal consciousness,learn to use legal weapons,know about the legal way,enhance personal comprehensive ability.This law should be the escort for the university graduates employment by perfecting the positive influence of Labor contract Law on university graduates and giving full play to the law's advantages which is promoting employment and maintaining the harmonious labor relations.At the same time,the law can encourage students to establish correct employment attitude and to be a man who can abide by the professional ethics and the law.
