College Logistics in China is an important part of university reformation. The socialization of College Logistics solves the bottleneck problem of university development. At present, under the influence of the New Labor Contract, Chongqing College Logistics is restating strategic planning and integration. Moreover, the employment approach has shifted from the traditional way of emloyment to the diversification of employment. Furthermore, this approach is also undergoing continuous development and improvement. The visiting of some colleges and universities in Chongqing brought about a series of reflections and urgent problems on the diversification process of change in employment, which also had affected the logistics of long-term development.This paper investigated some colleges and universities in Chongqing in order to understanding current employment condition of College Logistics. It analyzed the employment structure, management, labor costs and disputes, and other aspects of the employment. Then, combining field surveys with interviews, this paper analyzed the characteristics of the diversification of college employment, and it also summarized the main problems. Finally, the paper examed the major problems coming from diversify employment system of colleges and universities in Chongqing, tried to bring about the Employment ideas from both labor dispatching and labor outsourcing.In a word, this paper aimed at optimizing the system, enriching the diversity of labor theory, and providing diversified employment decision making for college logistics system.
