As a research focus in the field of education,mobile learning is the subversion of the traditional education and learning.At the same time,personalized mobile learning has gradually attracted the attention of many scholars,but for mobile learning environment,personalized learning resources and learning path generation is still a lack of effective mechanism,namely the personalization process of learning features more attention,and the lack of evaluation attributes of learning resources design and quantification.Under this background,in this paper,the recommendation and selection of mobile learning resources are regarded as the process of mufti-attribute decision making,which provides a new direction for the study of the evaluation mechanism of mobile learning resources,and apply the FA algorithm to the generation of mobile learning path,and proposes a personalized mobile learning path generation mechanism based on MDAFA algorithm.In this paper,the author analyzed the characteristic of mobile learners in different mobile learning groups,and expounds the difficulties of mobile learning for learners under the vocational education background,and points out the necessity of mobile learning resources and path recommendation for vocational college students,and put forward the mechanism of mobile learning path generation for learners in the context of vocational education.On the basis of competence based theory,aiming at the occupation college students,we select parameters of mobile learning resources,and combined with the characteristics of learners,make the creation of Mobile Learning Resource Recommendation and path as multiple attribute decision-making process for considering different decision maker preferences,and introduce the normal fuzzy setinto the expression of decision attribute data,and finally,we improve the firefly algorithm in order to realize the mobile personalized learning path generation.The innovations of this paper mainly include,firstly,the decision attribute is introduced to evaluate the mobile learning resources,and the decision attribute of mobile learning resources which is suitable for the generation of personalized learning path is determined,secondly,improve the firefly algorithm based on the decision attribute,and apply it to the recommendation of mobile learning resources and the generation of the mobile learning path.
