Interaction between teachers and students is a necessary link in the process of classroom teaching.For the language classroom,the effective interaction between teachers and students is not only beneficial to the students to grasp the language of the motherland,but also to the students to understand the text information deeply,get the most from the text information,finally to help the students to beyond the text information and form their unique insight.It is important to review the interaction between teachers and students comprehensively and deeply from the theoretical perspective for all the educators.On the basis of the former studies,form the view of the interaction between the students and teachers in the rural junior middle school,the research begins with the concept,mold,trait about the interaction between the students,carding the relevant theoretical knowledge summary,then survey,summarize the current situation through the literature research,questionnaire survey and the interview.Through that the author finds that some problems still exist in the rural junior middle school,such as the single form of the interaction,the lack of the interactive nature and so on,In order to solve those problems,on the basis of reading the literatures,interviewing some language teachers and giving out the questionnaire survey,the author which is based on the theoretical basis analyzes those problems from the aspects of schools,teachers and students,trying to find the sally to solve those problems.In the aspect of teachers,the author pus forward four strategies,like set up the concept of interaction,master the interaction skills;Accept the advantage of the others,promote the interaction quality;Improve the professional quality,strengthen the cultivating of teachers;Close to the social life,develop the classroom resources;In the aspect of students,the author put forward the strategies from the role and the mood;At last,in the aspect of the schools,the author put forward these strategies,like strengthen the training of the teachers,integrate the curriculum and the technology;give play to the power of the teachers' grope,transmit the experiences of the grope;optimize the environment of the classroom,create the harmonious atmosphere of the classroom;promote playing and working together and so on..The language curriculum has stressed that the language classroom should be a interaction process that teachers and students joint development in the interaction,With the gradual popularization of the new curriculum reform,the problem will necessarily cause the concern of the educators in rural.So the research and the improvement still has a long way to go.
