The language skills are an important means of child care and the overall quality of training. In language teaching activity, teacher choose a variety of ways to cultivate children's language ability, improving children's listening, speaking, reading, writing and communication skills.The interaction between kindergarten teachers and students in the language teaching activities is an important part of early childhood language education. Which has played an important role to foster childrens'language skills and personality characteristics as well as improving children's intelligence.In this study,it regards language teaching activities of 24 new teachers who work for Huimin District No.8 kindergartens in Hohot as research subjects. It has done some research on the feedback of interaction between the teachers and children which has just happened among seventy two language teaching activities by observation method.In this study,it applies American educator RobertC. Pianta's CLASS classroom assessment scoring system for new teachers in teacher-child interaction language teaching activities to have a quantitative analysis. At the same time, the study of 24 new teachers and their colleagues conducted a questionnaire and interviews, Under the guidance of Applications Classroom Assessment Scoring System,we have formed the following conclusions:Teacher Training Literacy rarely involves how to interact in teacher-child relationship; The children rarely start a behavior in the language teaching activity; new teachers being mechanical in teacher-child interactive language teaching activities, the flexibility is poor, poor language demonstration for children personalized sure, insufficient inspire creative thinking of young children; there is a slight gap between public kindergartens and private kindergartens. On facing some difficultiesfor language teaching activities of teacher-child interaction about Huimin District Kindergarten, this study also put forward some suggestions, such as efforts to train the young teachers; to command clear teaching objectives, to strengthen the new teachers'resilience in the teacher-child interaction; create situations of education, improve the efficiency of collective interaction; promote open questions, foster children creativity; improve the new teacher language demonstration effects that enhance early childhood language skills; improve the quality of teacher-child interaction feedback and support, etc. We hope to give new teachers some help in language teaching activities.
