Based on Bloom education taxonomy and curriculum evaluation of diagnostic teaching as an important feature of pedagogy research, it not only can help teachers to improve their teaching efficiency, but also can provide a guarantee for the realization of the personalized teaching. The study of the students’ problem solving obstacle is an important part of diagnostic teaching. Among the literature of the past, the diagnosis and remedy of students’ chemistry learning disabilities and remedial teaching are mostly based on the case study. They first had in-depth interviews with the participants in order to understand the students’ learning disabilities, then they drew reasonable judgement and interpretations by analyzing the conversation. This way of study has a certain lag, it cannot be timely feedback to the students’ problem solving obstacle, hence remedy is not in time. Students may have already forgotten this obstacle in a certain extent, which caused the remedial effect is not ideal.This study starts from Book 1 Chemistry "REDOX reaction" knowledge point to establish a test system which is timely and effective for a large sample size of chemical diagnostic problem. With the aid of modern computer technology, the test is not restricted by time and region any more, and provide a possibility that we can share educational resources. It describes parts of the network functions of the diagnosis test system in detail, and puts forward the development trend of the diagnostic test system and the future direction of the research. The diagnostic exercise test system help the students get rid of learning difficulties and solve problems of the same type and the same difficulty by analyzing the students’ fault types, and preset the default error type.The system also help students get rid of learning difficulties and solve problems of the same type and the same difficulty by elaborating the diagnostic test exercise, and it uses a small amount of diagnostic test exercise to diagnose the obstacles in solving problems and the lack of knowledge and do some similar remedial exercises.The author of this article do an application research on the diagnostic exercise test system. According to the performance of implementation class and two comparative classes students in "test1" and "test 2", the author analysis whether the similarremedial exercises is effective or not. And I draw conclusions below: 1diagnostic exercise test system has a positive effect on improving the students’ answer accuracy.2 Although the similar remedial exercise is effective, remedial efficiency is different---Exercise with lower difficulty and middle difficulty has a higher remedial rate. 3 It is helpless to improve answer accuracy if we only "diagnosis but not"remedy". Both "diagnosis test" and "remedy" can improve the students’ accuracy.
