Application Research Of Baoding's Regional Culture In Ideological And Political Education Of Colleges And Universities

Baoding City is situated in the Midwest Hebei Province, faces Langfang, Cangzhou cities on the east, leans close to the great Taihang Mountain at the center position of Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang triangle zone, Baoding had always been the military town as well as economic and cultural center since Yuan Dynasty until 1968 A.D, it is also among the first group historical and cultural cities published by the government, it is even the first cultural city in Hebei Province that integrates historical culture, red culture and ecological culture. Baoding city has fairly abundant regional culture resources, applying and fusing the excellent education factors of Baoding's regional culture into the ideological and political education process of the college students will be helpful in improving the timeliness of ideological and political education as well as forming the college cultures with local features.Regional culture's realization of efficient application in the ideological and political education process of colleges and universities mainly refers to the consistency of the regional culture's content, nature with the goals of ideological and political education in the ideological and political education activities of the colleges and universities, the compliance of the inner demands of subject of ideological and political education, therefore it is possible for the regional culture to transfer into the resources of ideological and political education,and realize the social value and individual value of ideological and political education. Secondly, it it adopts the questionnaire survey method to conduct questionnaire survey upon the currentcollege students in 4 colleges and universities of Baoding, and obtains the most real and correct realistic data by concluding the data, and analyzes the regional culture's dilemmas of the ideological and political education applications of colleges and universities, and discusses the reasons why these dilemmas exist. At last, it shall explore the scientific realization path in order to realize the efficient application of Baoding's regional culture in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities, which requires us coordinate and cooperate in many ways, the comprehensive improvements of college students could be promoted only by enriching the content of ideological and political education of regional culture, expanding the application method of ideological and political education of regional culture, optimizing the environment of the ideological and political education of the regional culture.Regional culture is cultural foundation for the ideological and political education of the college students which produces important influences on the formation of correct ideologies of college students. As for the local colleges and universities, to deeply dig the ideological and political education factors of values in the regional culture is not only the demand of expanding the educational mode of college students, but also the necessary requirement of realizing the comprehensive development of college students.
