With the development of economic globalization, information networking, various cultural clash each other. The college is a information and knowledge center. In the face of the impact of various culture and ideology, college students in the way of thinking, life style, social morality will inevitably be affected.It lead to weaken the appeal of Ideological and political education and enlarge the difficulty of the ideological and political education in a certain extent. Facing this kind of influence, the college need to educate and guide the students with a scientific, healthy, effective advanced culture.
