The article which is based on the ecological development of higher education and the methods of observation, literature, interdisciplinary research, systematically observes the reality of our country's higher education development. Then the corresponding ecological development ideas and measures are put forward in it.The ecological rash advance of Chinese higher education be proposed and defined in the article. This study also sharply points out the ecological aggressive grim reality of our country higher education scale supernormal speed expansion in a short time, and briefly teases the relatively weak research status and some general theories of higher education ecological aggressive, and emphatically summaries the serious negative effects of higher education itself and the whole society which is brought by our country's higher education ecology presentment.The paper analyzes the cause of China's higher education ecology aggressive phenomenon appeared by observing and studying the research status. There are four reasons of our higher education ecology aggressive phenomenon appeared. The first is The misreading of abuse of higher education and economic function. The second is the induction of the concept and practice of the popularization of international higher education. The third is the pressure of the reality that is higher education development in our country is relatively backward. The fourth is the motivations and inertia of higher education blind expansion by itself.According to the harsh realities and causes of our country's higher education ecology aggressive, the study concludes some ideas and measures to make the development of our higher education ecology return to normal speed. The first measure is deepening the understand and building up the idea of the development of higher education ecological constant velocity. The second measure is referring to the reality and finding the coordinates of higher education ecological constant velocity. The third measure is according to the norm and adjusting the normal speed development of our higher education ecology. The fourth measure is strengthening the development of higher education optimal speed of legal protection according to law.
