College Students Value Consciousness Status Analysis And Countermeasure Research

Marxist philosophy has always been concerned about the issue of human’s survival and development which is also a process enriched and improved by value practice behaviors.During this process,spontaneous value has been improved to value consciousness and perceptual knowledge has been enhanced to rational knowledge.Human’s social existence determines their consciousness; meanwhile,consciousness reacts to existence.As an important part of consciousness,value consciousness,especially the degree of value consciousness always reacts to value behaviors and lays restrains on human’s value practice behaviors.Value consciousness is improved by value subject during the value practice process.Once it formed,the value consciousness may exerts influences on human’s world outlook,outlook on life and values,penetrates into human’s value practice behaviors,become the orientation and motivation of value cognition,value evaluation, value choices and value practice and has effect on every aspect of human’s survival and development. Considering the research results from both home and abroad and the consciousness conditions of contemporary collage students,this thesis did some research on the relationship between the value consciousness and human’s development theoretically.This thesis intends to discuss how to enhance the value consciousness ability and how to promote all-round development of contemporary collage students.In this brief thesis,there are three parts.In the frist part,some basic knowledge of spontaneous value and value consciousness will be introduced and the relationship between the value consciousness will be discussed.With the help of the discussion of the roles and functions of value consciousness on human and nature,human and society,human and self as well as human’s all-round development an induction could be made that as a part of value awareness, value consciousness could lead a correct way of human’s all-round development.In the second part, a questionnaire survey was made to analyze the function of value consciousness on human’s all-round development. The data from the survey has provided some information about the value consciousness conditions of contemporary college students in the following aspects: human and nature,human and society as well as human and self. It also reveal the features of value consciousness of contemporary college students and makes an analysis of both subjective and objective factors of the formation of value consciousness problems.In the last part, there are some methodological principles and practical paths to improve value consciousness ability of contemporary college students on the basis of the analysis and research of representative problems of value consciousness of contemporary students.
